
In the Crypto Stamp series so far, we’ve explored Crypto Stamps from Switzerland, Gibraltar, Austria and Belgium. We’ve also covered Year of the Dragon crypto stamps and some of the new releases in 2024 and 2025. Today we’ll see some new crypto stamps issued since the last update.
Austria issued five beautiful comic-style animal stamps in 2025. It seems that this series is inspired by the idea of building a fantasy universe populated by original superhero-like animal characters - each with personality, lore, and unique “powers” tied to the Crypto Stamp Island world.

The first two crypto stamps in this series, Aurora Sparks and Ghost-Doge Kabosu, were released in May 2025. Aurora Sparks is energy/force-field themed while Ghost-Doge Kabosu seems to be ghost helper.

They were followed by the “darker” Raka in June and the charming and sympathetic Bambu in August. Raka is darker, shadow-inspired hero, while Bambu is cute and friendly panda.

In November 2025, the mysterious Cassius was added to the series. Is he good? Is he bad? Who knows?

The Heroes of Mythology crypto stamps were a coordinated international joint issue released simultaneously by several European postal administrations in 2025. Each country featured a different Greek deity.

Poseidon – Portugal
They were issued on the same date to highlight a shared cultural heritage, celebrating the enduring influence of Greek mythology across Europe. The project also aimed to demonstrate cross-border innovation in philately, uniting multiple nations through both physical stamps and matching NFT versions.

By using a common theme and coordinated release, these countries created a collectible, interconnected stamp series that encourages international engagement, showcases modern printing techniques, and expands the growing crypto-stamp ecosystem in Europe.
