The 67th edition of the Catalogue Officiel Belge de Timbres-Poste 2022 compiled and published by the Chambre Professionelle Belge des Négociants en Timbres-poste (CPBNTP), is the reference catalog for stamp collectors of Belgium and Belgium Former Colonies. 2 volumes in French and Dutch/Flemish.

Volume 1 contains the following issues of the stamps of Belgium from the first issue in 1849 till mid-2021: Air Mail, Baggage, blocks, booklets, railways, postcards, private issues, leaflets, inter-panels, newspapers, kilopost, military, plate numbers, occupation, small sheets, local post office, preos, advertising or PUBS, un-adopted projects, service, rolls, tax, telegraph, head to tail, distributor stamps (ATM), types of paper and erasers, road stickers fer, ...

Volume 2 contains the following issues with postage stamps from Burundi (Kingdom), Burundi (Republic), Parcel post - Vicicongo, Congoe Belge (airmail, postage stamp books, postage stamps), issues local (Albertville, Stanleyville), Independent State of Congo, Katanga (tax stamps), Precursors, Democratic Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Republic of Zaire, Ruanda-Urundi (tax stamp), Rwanda (Republic) (Air Mail), Sud-Kasaï, stamps-franchise (India).

Each stamp is catalogued with extensive information like as the number of stamps per sheet, the dates of issue, the number of copies (tirage), the engraver, printing company and  of course the perforation. The catalog provides an important number of information on the varieties or curiosities known on each issue. Price quotations are given for stamps in mint never hinged, hinged, used condition but also on cover and block. The reader will find as well price indications for the imperforate, first day covers and other philatelic specialities like maxicards.

About the CPBNTP BBKPH

The Chambre Professionelle Belge des Négociants en Timbres-poste (CPBNTP), Belgische Beroepskamer van Postzegelhandelaren (BBKPH),  was created in 1923 and brings together professional traders who work in the field of philately and who, in addition, undertake to respect strict rules of ethics. in particular with regard to the veracity and the state of conservation of the stamps. In the event of a dispute with a member seller, there is a dispute commission which will endeavor, except in the case of legal advice, to defend the legitimate interests of each of the parties.

The CPBNTP/BBKPH publishes the Catalogue Officiel Belge de Timbres-Poste (COB) annually, which provides the best information to collectors about Belgian Philately and its former colonies. It supports numerous philatelic events or exhibitions which are meeting places between the various market players.
