Today we’ll talk about stamp shows and exhibitions that are still ahead of us in 2024. We’ll focus on 6 stamp shows from Europe, USA, and Australia.
NAPEX (National Philatelic Exhibitions) is one of the premier stamp shows in the United States. It’s history dates back to 1948 when Washington, D.C. was chosen as the site of the 1950 American Philatelic Society convention. In 1949, the acronym NAPEX appears for the first time.
(USA) NAPEX - The Nation's First-Class Stamp Show! – “NAPEX 2024 will be held June 7-9, 2024.”

(Estonia) Mare Balticum 2024 IREX – “The Estonian Philatelic Federation will organize the International Philatelic Exhibition Mare Balticum 2024. The purposes of Mare Balticum 2024 are to improve the philatelic contacts and cooperation around the Baltic Sea and overseas. The Mare Balticum 2024 exhibition venue is the Estonian National Museum, Muuseumi tee 2, 60532 Tartu from Friday July 26th until Sunday July 28th 2024.”
(USA) Great American Stamp Show '24 will take place August 15-18, 2024, at Connecticut Convention Center, Hall AB, 100 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT 06103.

(Canada) CANPEX will take place October 19 - October 20, 2024 at the The Hellenic Community Centre, 133 Southdale Rd. West, London, Ontario. “CANPEX is the acronym for CAnadian National Philatelic EXhibition, the first of which was in 2016. It is hosted by the Middlesex Stamp Club and is managed by volunteers from various stamp clubs in Southern Ontario and related philatelic organizations and societies. CANPEX is one of a few National Level exhibitions and stamp marketplaces held annually in Canada. The theme of the 2024 exhibition is the 100th Anniversary of The Royal Canadian Air Force.”
