We want you to be satisfied & delighted every time you shop with us. Yet, it may happen that an item does not meet your expectations and we realize that on occasion you may want to return it. In this case, you can return your purchase for a refund within 14 days upon your receipt.
Returns will be honored any time when notified within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Please allow up to four (4) weeks for processing your return and credit from your financial institution.
How can I return an item?
When you want to return an item, you must notify us in writing via e-mail ([email protected]) within the period of 14 days of receipt of your purchase.
Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition and packaging. Therefore, we always recommend to carefully open the shipping box and the original packaging, so you can use it again if necessary to return the order. Please enclose the invoice, which was included with the shipment, along with the return.
Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
You will receive an email confirmation when we have received the returned goods, and the return processed.
Damaged/faulty or incorrect item/s:
If returning a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact us before posting it back to us.
Please note: On no account dispose of a damaged item(s) before contacting us as we will not be able to refund unless you follow our instructions of return and provide us with photographic evidence.
- Insufficient postage returns and Cash On Delivery (COD) shipments will not be accepted.
- We will only refund items received in good condition. We recommend if possible to use the original packaging to return them. We cannot be held responsible for articles being damaged during the return. Non-refunded items may be sent back to you at your own expense.
- Shipment of the return is at the risk of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.
- If your company places an order, the law "purchase on distance" (koop op afstand), and the corresponding return period of 14 days do not apply. Would you, as a company, need to return an order, please contact us.
- The cost of shipping for returning item are always at the customer's expense.

How & when will I be refunded ?
After receipt of the returned items and their inspection, we will refund the purchased price of the qualifying items. The payment will be issued to the same account and via the same payment method for security reasons.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days after our confirmation email
