Do you remember the adventures of Ash, Misty, and Pikachu? We do. So does the La Poste in 2024 with new Pokémon postage stamps. Today we’ll take a look at these stamps, and talk a bit about Pokémon.
The whole idea behind Pokémon was to have a pocket monster. Obviously, in your pocket. While Pokémon can live anywhere in the Pokémon world, Poké Balls are used as portable containers to carry the around (in the pocket).
The whole Pokémon magic started on April 1, 1997. On that date, the first episode of Pokémon (“Pokémon - I Choose You!”) was broadcasted on TV Tokyo. The rest is the history. So far, in 2024, the “Ultimate Journeys” season ended in 2023, and current season is called “Horizons”. Since 1997, more than 1250 episodes were filmed.
